Eric was born in Washington, D.C., and had the privilege of traveling widely as a child, living in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland, though his family’s deep roots are in the Athens and Oconee County area. After attending The University of Georgia, Eric enjoyed a wildly successful career with GAP Inc. as a general manager, corporate trainer, and international consultant. He returned to Athens to open Toula’s, a home, garden, and gift store in Downtown Athens, GA. Toula’s became known across the South for its array of inspiring home accents and unmatched customer service.
Eric further serves his community as former president of the Athens Downtown Business Association, a previous board member of the Athens Area Homeless Shelter, and a trustee of Historic Athens. Eric is past president and a trustee of the Historic Cobbham Foundation in Cobbham, where he resides. He has also served his professional community as a director of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS®. Eric was awarded New Face of the Year and the Good Neighbor award by the local board of REALTORS®.
