He helped us to see opportunities and to identify important aspects of homes that we might have otherwise overlooked. After some searching, we found our perfect house the day it went on the market. Thanks to Eric’s quick work, we were able to schedule a showing for the following day and put in an offer soon after. Eric guided us through the offer process, giving us advice and perspective on how we should proceed. With his help, we were able to get an amazing house at a great price, even though at the time there was barely anything on the market and tons of people looking for homes. I’ve heard so many horror stories about buying a house, but my husband and I were amazed at how easy and smooth everything went. I honestly believe that we would not be in our home today if we’d have gone with anyone other than Eric!
This was my second time using Eric. Even with the property being outside of Athens I knew there was none better to handle the sale, and again he proved that to be true. Eric's service is akin to a flight in first class, comfortably sipping champagne as the pilot confidently navigates the details. He arranged for incredible photos, secured offers prior to listing, and gave clear advice; all that was required of me throughout the seamless process was a few signatures. Eric's knowledge and service are on a different level, and anyone looking for the best should look no further.
